งานวิจัยเรื่อง “วาทกรรม เพศภาวะ และอำนาจในตนของวัยรุ่นและเยาวชนหญิงที่ดื่มแอลกอฮอล์” ศึกษามุมมอง ประสบการณ์ และการตัดสินใจของวัยรุ่นและเยาวชนหญิงอายุ 16–24 ปีที่ดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ เพื่อทำความเข้าใจว่าปัจจัยทางสังคม วัฒนธรรม เพศภาวะ ศาสนา เศรษฐกิจ และนโยบายสาธารณะ มีอิทธิพลต่อการรับรู้และพฤติกรรมการดื่มอย่างไร ผลการศึกษาพบว่าวัยรุ่นหญิงต้องเผชิญและต่อรองกับวาทกรรมทางสังคมหลายรูปแบบ ทั้งด้านเพศ บทบาททางสังคม ศีลธรรม สุขภาพ และสิทธิส่วนบุคคล พร้อมเสนอแนวทางลดอันตรายจากการดื่มที่คำนึงถึงบริบทชีวิตและความเปราะบางของวัยรุ่นหญิง เพื่อพัฒนามาตรการป้องกันและนโยบายสาธารณะที่เหมาะสมยิ่งขึ้น

The study “Discourse, Gender, and Agency of Female Adolescent and Youth Drinkers” explores the perspectives, experiences, and decision-making processes of female adolescents and young women aged 16–24 who consume alcohol. Using a qualitative approach, the research examines how social, cultural, gender, religious, economic, and policy-related factors shape attitudes toward alcohol use. The findings reveal that young women negotiate multiple social discourses concerning gender norms, morality, health, social expectations, and individual rights. The study also proposes harm-reduction strategies and policy recommendations that are sensitive to the lived experiences and vulnerabilities of young female drinkers, aiming to support more effective alcohol prevention and control measures.
